MySkillDB is an AI-powered placement platform that connects recruiters, colleges, and students on one system—from job post to offer letter.
Who uses MySkillDB?
- Students — Find campus jobs, prepare with role-specific skills, build ATS-ready CVs, apply, and join interviews from the app.
- Colleges — Accept recruiter jobs to your internal job board, create learning assets from job descriptions, run placement drives, and track outcomes.
- Recruiters — Post roles to target colleges, review applicants with skill scores and video CVs, schedule interviews, and manage offers.
How the platform loop works
- A recruiter posts a job and targets one or more colleges.
- The college placement admin accepts the job to the campus job board.
- MySkillDB extracts skills from the job description and generates learning assets.
- Students prepare using assessments, flip cards, videos, and the AI mentor.
- Students apply with CV, skill score, and video CV attached.
- Recruiters shortlist, interview, and extend offers—all tracked on MySkillDB.
Where to sign in
The main application lives at app.myskilldb.com. Your role (student, college admin, recruiter) determines which dashboard you see after sign-in.
