Add a job to Interview Planner

Move a job from the board into Interview Planner to start structured preparation.

4 steps Open in platform guide

  1. Find a job on Job Board

    See in platform guide

    Browse or search for the role you want to prepare for.

  2. Click Move to Interview Planner

    See in platform guide

    Use the planner action on the job detail page—or add from Recent Jobs on Home.

  3. Open Interview Planner

    See in platform guide

    Navigate to Interview Planner from the main menu.

  4. Confirm the job appears in Focus Jobs

    See in platform guide

    Your selected role should list with Learn Job and Interview Buddy options.
