Ethicpro Intelligence is hiring a Product Analyst to bridge customers, developers, and leadership for Ethicfin — researching competitor ERPs, documenting product features, and turning customer feedback into clear requirements for the dev team.
Core responsibilities: document ERP/accounting features and workflows (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, HR/Payroll), convert customer feedback into product requirements, write BRDs/FRDs/SOPs and user documentation, research competitor ERP/accounting platforms and build feature comparison matrices.
Secondary responsibilities: coordinate with Development/QA/Sales on feature clarifications, track the product roadmap, maintain the internal knowledge base, create workflow diagrams.
Must-have skills: strong analytical and business-process thinking, excellent written English, basic understanding of accounting concepts (invoicing, GL, AR/AP, tax/VAT logic), comfort with MS Office/Google Workspace, familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Notion.
Qualification: Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field. Clear growth path into a Product Manager role.
