Sign up
- Go to app.myskilldb.com/recruiter/signup.
- Enter your company name, work email, and contact details.
- Complete verification steps if prompted by your organisation or MySkillDB.
- Once approved, sign in at app.myskilldb.com to access the recruiter dashboard.

After sign-in you'll see:
- Jobs — create and manage campus job postings
- Applicants — review candidates who applied to your roles
- Interviews — schedule and track interview rounds
- Offers & Placements — manage offer letters and joining dates
- Colleges — view partner campuses and placement policies
Connecting with colleges
Before students see your jobs, college placement admins must accept each post to their campus job board. Target colleges when creating a job—partner institutions receive the role in their incoming queue for review.
