Analyst - Procurement

Role Overview

As a Procurement Analyst at Flex, you will play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing operations by ensuring the timely availability of raw materials and managing supplier relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in global supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain supplier relations and manage procurement correspondence.
• Place and track purchase orders based on production requirements and MRP output.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct weekly stock checks, and minimize obsolescence risks.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and warehouse teams to ensure smooth material movement.
• Resolve claims, invoice discrepancies, and debit/credit issues.
• Conduct quarterly supplier reviews and maintain accurate procurement records and metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle data entry and inventory calculations.
• Good communication skills for internal and vendor-facing interactions.
• Familiarity with ERP software is preferred.
