Role Overview
As a Procurement Analyst at Flex, you will play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing operations by ensuring the timely availability of raw materials and managing supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain supplier relations and manage procurement correspondence.
- Place and track purchase orders based on production requirements and MRP output.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct weekly stock checks, and minimize obsolescence risks.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and warehouse teams to ensure smooth material movement.
- Resolve claims, invoice discrepancies, and debit/credit issues.
- Conduct quarterly supplier reviews and maintain accurate procurement records and metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle data entry and inventory calculations.
- Good communication skills for internal and vendor-facing interactions.
- Familiarity with ERP software is preferred.
