Role Overview
Sandfits Foundries is looking for motivated engineering graduates to join their manufacturing operations as Graduate Engineer Trainees. This role is designed for freshers looking to gain hands-on experience in high-precision iron casting and industrial manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in production planning and shop floor operations.
- Monitor quality control standards for iron casting processes.
- Coordinate with senior engineers on technical projects and process improvements.
- Maintain documentation for manufacturing workflows and safety compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related manufacturing disciplines.
- Strong understanding of core engineering principles.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing plant environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
