About the Role
We are looking for an HR professional to join our team to support the success of our organization by managing HR functions from onboarding to exit.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure HR functions, policies, and procedures comply with company guidelines.
- Coordinate with the regional HR team to support daily HR needs.
- Manage payroll updates, employee leave, attendance, and late-coming records.
- Assist in drafting HR policies and managing job portals.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Prepare data reports for management to support decision-making.
Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources.
- 1-2 years of experience in the HR field.
