Align course with jobs using AI

Use AI job-based topic creation to map industry roles and skills directly into your syllabus and course structure.

  1. Identify target job roles

    Review active job listings on your board and note the skills and requirements you want reflected in the syllabus.

  2. Open Topic Management

    See in platform guide

    Navigate to Skills & Academics → Topic Management and select the subject you want to align with industry roles.

  3. Run AI job-based topic creation

    See in platform guide

    Choose the AI job-based creation option, select a job or skill set, and generate suggested topics mapped to role requirements.

  4. Review and refine AI suggestions

    Edit generated topic titles and descriptions. Remove irrelevant items and add any gaps the AI missed.

  5. Link topics to assessments

    See in platform guide

    Create or update tests in Test Management so each new topic has a corresponding quiz or skill check.

  6. Publish aligned content to classes

    See in platform guide

    Confirm the updated syllabus is assigned to the correct departments, classes, and sections via Classroom setup.
