Configure your course — Subject & Topics

Define subjects, organize topics underneath them, and structure what students must learn each semester.

  1. Open Classroom setup

    Navigate to Classroom to access department, class, section, and subject configuration tools.

  2. Create or select subjects

    Under the relevant department, add subjects with clear names and codes that match your academic calendar.

  3. Open Topic Management

    See in platform guide

    Go to Skills & Academics → Topic Management and select the subject you want to configure.

  4. Add topics manually or from the library

    Use the Manual tab to create custom topics or the Existing tab to reuse topics from the shared library.

  5. Order and review the topic list

    Arrange topics in the sequence students should follow. Add descriptions so teachers and students understand each unit's scope.

  6. Assign teachers to subjects

    Return to Classroom and use the Subjects & Teachers accordion to assign faculty to each subject within class sections.
