5.1

Create a course

Build a complete academic course from department subjects through topics, videos, tests, and publication to assigned classes.

  1. Define subjects under the department

    See in platform guide

Go to Classroom and open Department Management. Create or select a department, then add subjects that belong to it.

  2. Create topics under each subject

    See in platform guide

Open Skills & Academics → Topic Management. Select the subject and add topics manually, from the library, or using AI job-based generation.

  3. Add videos per topic

    See in platform guide

For each topic, upload or link lesson videos via the Classroom Recordings Vault or course content tools. Tag each recording to its subject and topic.

  4. Create tests per topic

    See in platform guide

In Test Management, build academic quizzes for each topic. Use AI generation or manual entry to cover key learning objectives.

  5. Assign subjects to classes and sections

    See in platform guide

In Classroom, use the Subjects & Teachers accordion and Section–Class Assignments to link subjects to the departments, classes, and sections where they are taught.

  6. Publish the course to assigned batches

    See in platform guide

Confirm topics, videos, and tests are visible to students in departments and classes where the subject is assigned. Adjust scope if a batch should not yet see the content.
