Department subject creation

Create subjects under each department to structure skill and placement courses for your college.

5 steps Open in platform guide

  1. Select the target department

    Open Classroom → Department Management and choose the department where subjects will be added.

  2. Open the Subjects modal

    From Classroom setup, open the Subjects modal to view existing subjects or add new ones.

  3. Create a subject

    Enter the subject name and code. Link it to the correct department so it appears in syllabus and classroom tools.

  4. Add topics to the subject

    Navigate to Topic Management and create the initial topic list under the new subject.

  5. Assign teachers when ready

    Once class sections exist, use the Subjects & Teachers accordion to allocate faculty to the new subject.
